Use this storyboard to help your students organize their thoughts when preparing to write a story.
Before they begin writing, consider having your students touch each box and think about the picture they will draw, or the words they will write. Then have your students share their plans with a partner or two, again touching each box as they tell their story aloud.
Now that your students have carefully planned their stories and have practiced their storytelling skills with a partner, they are ready to write!
