STRANDED ON AN ISLAND MAP ---
INTEGRATE SOCIAL STUDIES for a grade

Create an imaginary Island using at least 5 Landforms and 5 water forms. Must include a title, a legend, compass rose, and lines of latitude and longitude. Students are encouraged to be creative coming up with a theme for their Island.

I start my year with this activity...they love it!! We bring in beach towels and start writing!!
