Stretch and Strengthen Checklist Instructions
Butterfly – 60 seconds
Point/Flex – 20 sets
Straddle – 60 seconds R, L and Center
Hamstring – 60 seconds (reach forward and hold feet, legs as straight as possible)
Arches with hands – 60 seconds (Lay on Stomach in a Push up position- roll up arching back and hold positions with hands)
Arches No Hands – 60 seconds (Release hands and reach arms backward using back muscles to keep the arched position)
Frog – 60 seconds
Middle Splits– 60 seconds
Right Leg Splits– 60 seconds
Left Leg Splits– 60 seconds
