These target word cards can be used when focusing on phonological/articulation goals. Specifically, these cards can be used to focus on remediation of the pattern of stridents (f,v,s,z,sh,ch,dj), especially within the cycles approach.
These word cards are ordered by difficulty for each sound pattern. Students/clients benefit from the consideration of facilitative phonetic environment and syllable structure of target words.
After printing, cut each page into four word cards. These words cards may be put on a word ring to create individualized word cards to review with each student/client.
