This was a great resource to use the week after the concert. It prompted some good class discussions and was a good thing to use for string specific questions - rather than just went well and what didn't. However, my students completed the assignment and since there's no question on the Google Form that asks for their name, I have no idea whose responses are whose. I will have to add it next time.

I am so happy to hear your students were engaged with this assignment, and that you plan to use it again! Thank you for the feedback. I updated this product to include a place for student name and class name within the Google Form itself. You should now have the updated version. Thank you, and congrats on the concert!
