This year, I am giving my kids this packet of 15 bulbs. Each bulb has a "kindness task" that students will be asked to perform. After completing a kindness task, students will be asked to color, cut, and then bring the bulb back to our classroom. I am going to have a group of students tape or staple each of the bulbs on to a string, which we will call the "String of Kindness," which will then be placed in the hallway for all to see!!

Also included is a letter to students explaining exactly what they are being asked to complete during the month of December.
Some of the tasks include:
*I, _______________________, completed a random act of kindness today. This is what I did…
*I, _______________________, made a Christmas card to send to a service man or woman letting him/her know how thankful I am that he/she is serving to keep our country safe and free!
*I, _______________________, made a Christmas card for a friend today, saying ‘thank you’ for being such a great friend!
