Talking about strong and weak choices is so important to help set the classroom expectations. This resource pairs nicely with the book We Don't Eat our Classmates by Ryan T. Higgins. After reading the story use the scenario cards to sort strong and weak choices. These cards are perfect to use throughout the year during class meetings to talk about smart choices and how to be a friend. Each card displays either a picture of a strong or weak choice as well as words to help start discussions. Wording is kid friendly and easy for young learners to understand. Great to use at the beginning of the year to establish a positive classroom community as well as after breaks to review and practice strong classroom expectations. You can also display in your classroom to quickly point and review with ease.
