This is a chart that is broken into class as well as 10 minute blocks so as to help the student be most successful within the classroom. It also includes a page explaining to the student how to earn good marks on the chart by: Was I in my space? (sitting at my seat/on my carpet square); Was I safe? (hands/feet/objects to myself); Did I follow teacher directions? (first time asked/complete work). There is also a page with the reward choices listed and an explanation of how many positive marks are needed to earn the rewards.
