The Student Baseball Behavior Scorecard is designed as a daily communication tool between home and school. This is designed to communicate behavior from the classroom behavior clip chart. At the end of every school day the students are required to color a baseball according to the color that they land on the clip chart. There are 4 weeks worth of baseballs on the scorecard. I had parents initial the baseballs every night so that I knew that they saw it. I would make a blank master copy to keep from year to year. Each week I would print off a new baseball sheet and write numbers on top of each baseball for the days of the month. I also crossed out the days that we didn't have school and starred the days with late starts or early outs. I would write comments for each week stating special events such as assemblies, early outs, and reminders of book orders. I also added comments as to why the student was clipped on red. This is in a Microsoft Word format so that it is customizable for your class needs! Let me know if you would like a different theme, I would LOVE to customize it to fit your classroom. Enjoy! Don't forget to leave feedback so that I can ensure that your needs have been met! I would really appreciate it! Happy teaching!
This set includes 1 baseball behavior scorecard, 1 sheet explaining the clipchart and one visual of the clipchart that is used.
