Here is a resource to make a behavior book for those students who need more behavioral support. There are three cover options and a behavior page to copy. I copy a few months worth of behavior pages and bind them together to make the book. Then I fill out a page each day. Students earn points based on how well they scored in each category. I make goals based on the child's needs. For example, they get a treasure box prize after they have accumulated 50 points or they earn extra computer time if they earn 4 "awesome" ratings in one day, whatever motivates the student. I have the student take the behavior book home each night to get a parent signature. The deal is the student only gets the points they earned the previous day if one of their parents signed the page.
