This weekly progress report will help to improve classroom behaviors in school. The teacher gets to report positive and negative classroom behaviors in one sheet! The report goes home with the student each week and is signed by a parent or guardian and returned back to the teacher.
This promotes relationships and communication with the parents while holding the students accountable for their behavior and work in class.
I used these reports with my fifth grade class and they worked like a charm! The students knew that the reports were going home and they wanted their parents to see positive things, encouraging them to follow rules and expectations.
