I use this simple birthday card in my Kindergarten Autism classroom. This card is very easy to assemble and promotes independence for all students. The first page can be folded in half to create a card, or students may cut on the line and and glue onto a piece of construction paper folded in half.
The front of the card can be colored and decorated. On the inside of the card, students can complete the sentences "I think you are___!" and "I hope you get ___!" by choosing, cutting, and gluing pictures from Boardmaker (second page.)
