As part of our daily Reading workshop, students are required to have a variety of texts available to read during their Independent Reading time.
This resource can be copied and given to each student to keep track of texts they have borrowed from the Classroom Library. You can paste into a Reader’s Notebook if your students use one, or simply place in a plastic pocket or folder.
As a teacher, I use this as a record of ‘who-has-what-book’ and in case books are not returned and missing from our Classroom Library when we do an audit every few months.
