Print out the brownie points and cookie sheets on cardstock, enough for each student. You can laminate as well, to make them more durable. I also put magnets on the back of each brownie point and their cookie sheets were attached to a metal cabinet with their names on them. They received brownie points for certain classroom behaviors; following directions, staying on task, helping a friend, etc. I made sure to make a big production when a student earned a brownie point. At the end of the week each student could trade in their brownie points for reward cards. They have rewards such as; swap desks for the day, sit at the teacher desk, swap classroom job for the day, etc.
