This resource provides a way for your students to assess their own overall behavior and academic success in the classroom.
Students read through the Behavior and Academic scale. Then, using the numbers across the top of their scale, students will rate themselves in behavior and academics.
Finally, students choose one category they feel they can improve upon in each category and fill out the sentence frames describing a practical plan for improving in that area.
Allow students to share their report at conferences! This makes a great starting point for discussing behavior, goals, and expectations.
