Eight total fitness workout projects/plans to choose from.
Three workouts are more simple and require students to select exercises, put them in order, and list how long to do each exercise and rest break. Easy to use forms so students don't spend much time writing. (Leader, Jump Rope, and Aerobic Step Workouts)
Five workout projects require more work and include stretches. The project choices vary in amount of work. (Individual Weekly Plan, DVD demo, Fitness Board Game, Fitness Tic-Tac-Toe, Chance Game)
These workout projects can be done as class selects exercises and creates the workout in one class and then tries them out in the next class. Students could also do as homework and then perform or play during P.E. class if desired.
