Calendar time is a breeze with daily calendar sheets.
When I designed this set of calendar sheets I incorporated all the elements that were missing from other sheets I had tried.
This is a growing bundle. Each month will be added by the 15th of the month before.
Each set comes with--
cover page if you choose to make student booklets each month.
Monthly calendar (The design allows for patterns to be used each day)
Weather graph chart
Daily calendar sheets with the following details
Rather than have a generic day of the week, I have included a sheet
for each day that has the day, yesterday and tomorrow. This option will be changing regularly to help with spelling the days of the week.
August and September- dotted lines for all letters
October- part of the day will be dotted and part will need to be written in by the student.
November - March Students will start writing the entire day of the week in the blanks.
April and May- The yesterday and tomorrow sections will be removed and a clock will added to allow students to begin to tell time.
In April the time will be on the hour and May will be on the half hour.
June and July- A number section will be added in June and July. This will give incoming students the opportunity to learn to shape numbers correctly.
An extensive holiday list for each month- I have scoured the internet to find kid-friendly holidays for each day of the month. Also included are web sites that allow you to get the details for each day.
Use the listing to add more calendar recognition or use the ideas to incorporate other holiday information into the day.
Can you imagine how your student’s eyes will light up when they watch a video on how to make ice cream sandwiches or even eat them on National Ice Cream Sandwich Day?
Images in color and black and white are included.
