When students take control of analyzing their own data, it makes them aware of their strengths and areas of growth.
The Student Data Analysis Form has spots for 20 question answers, two columns for the student to mark if each question is correct or incorrect, and a column for the student to notate the CCSS the question addressed.
This form also includes small calendars for September 2017-May 2018. This allows you to assign a CCSS to a specific day for tutoring. If a student gets a question wrong, they also mark on the calendar the day that CCSS will be addressed and retaught in tutoring. This allows students to pre-plan in order to attend tutoring for the specific skill they need to work on.
Students can keep these forms throughout the year in their data binders. Parents can help their students track their progress for tests and the students' listing the CCSS that were covered allows for parents to be fully informed on the skills their child needs to focus on and hopefully help them work on these skills at home!
