Students keep track of their own data! This saves me time and helps keep students accountable. It's pretty incredible to see them use the data to try to improve.
Edit the documents to fit your needs.
I have included pages where students can record AR, STAR, and I-Ready scores/points; a monthly AR goal record sheet, where students also write evaluative comments; common assessment score records for Math and ELA (the preview is the Math record log), where students write their scores and evaluative comments; and a timed multiplication and division test tracker to track their progression.
It's quite a help in my classroom and when I meet with administration and parents about my students.
(Students keep a separate three-ring binder where they have these documents, as well as the tests we have taken. It's all in one place.)
