These are a great tool for students to be aware of their own learning and accountable for their goals.
They are also wonderful for student led conferences. At my school teachers lead the conferences in the fall and the students lead them in the spring. Students are really able to show parents where they are at!
These forms can be added to binders, notebooks, or folders for students to track their progress.
Many of the forms simply require students to color in what they have mastered (letter sounds, how high they can count, phonics concepts, etc.
Others like the DRA students can write a date off to the side of where they are at and can note when they reach their goal!
Includes data tracking for: attendance, homework, behavior, letter sounds, phonics concepts, addition/subtraction/multiplication/division fluency, pre & post tests, oral reading fluency, counting (by 1's and skip counting), DRA reading level, Fry Sight Words, book genre reading graph, reflections, and more!!!!!!
Individualize the data system for students giving them only the ones they are working on.
I hope you enjoy them! Let me know if you have questions!
