Have you ever wondered if you're the only one concerned with your scholars' progress? Have you been looking for ways to help your scholars see the "big picture"? Are you looking for a way to have your scholars set goals, monitor progress, and reflect on their success (or lack thereof)? What about holding parents responsible as well? If you've ever asked any of these questions, this product is for you!
This theme-based data journal focuses on scholars blooming where they're planted. It includes pages to track fluency scores, spelling scores, Accelerated Reader goals and points, as well as assessment reflection pages for reading, spelling, math, and other skills assessments. There's also a letter to scholars explaining expectations for the journal and a "Who Am I as a Learner" page to be completed by your scholars so you can gain insight into what they think about themselves.
In addition, the assessment reflection pages require students to review the questions they've missed, correct them, and reflect on why they missed them. There's even a Parent Survey section that requires them to reflect on why their scholar performed the way s/he did and asks what the parent will do to ensure their scholar's success on the next assessment!
In the age of accountability, it's important to have everyone on board. Use this data journal to help you get them there!!
