Display the CCSS in student friendly I Can statements AND have student checklists for your interactive notebooks. The teacher can have the posters made poster-sized, laminate, then write on them with a dry-erase marker and/or have students place sticky dots on them when a standard has been achieved. Students can track their own progress with a Growth Mindset.
