This is a printable chart that helps you organize your assessments and student groupings in one easy step. I use it to group my students so I can quickly have them gather in their group for the upcoming activity. It works great for cooperative learning lessons. I also use it to record any assessing I do with the students. I just list the assessment by number and place the score next to the students name. For example, in the column, I may show...1. Sings with matching pitch. Then by the students name, I will place a check if the student mastered the skill and I can easily see which students are getting it or not. Print one and then make as many copies as you need for your classes.
