These graphs are to be used for students to keep track of their own progress toward meeting their IEP goals. They allow students to take ownership of their learning and understand their learning needs. I have students put their goal in their own words and brainstorm ways that they will work towards their goal at the beginning of each quarter. They are also great to bring to IEP meetings and conferences so student progress can clearly be seen.
