This product is mainly for you as a teacher to stay organized! Print them front and back on index cards and have your parents fill them out in the fall. Also included is an additional card that you would only want to print once to use as a sign so you don't have to personally tell each parent to fill out the card :) (Just make sure you change my name to yours!)
1. Check what the lowest setting for paper is on your printer. Mine is 3.x5, but I made these for 4x6 so that parents wouldn't have to write super small! Also, I think it's pretty obvious, but just a reminder- make sure your index cards don't already have lines on them!!
2. Set the index cards into your printer vertically and print!
3. If your printer doesn't print double sided like mine, there IS a way around it! Print JUST the first side on all of your index cards. When they are done, put the cards back in BACKWARDS and print JUST the second side on all the cards. When done, they should be front and back! (When flipping the cards- hold the cards vertically and flip the tops down so you are looking at the blank side, and the top from the other side is now the bottom. This will ensure that both sides of your card, when held horizontally, have the same top!)
Note: The thumbnails show a skewed version of how the type falls on each page. When opened, there will be what looks like THREE index cards instead of FOUR.
The font used on the very bottom card is called "Janda Manatee Bubble" and was a free download from the internet.
