Print directly onto index cards to create professional-looking student information cards! This file is set up to print space for students to write in their names, preferred names, e-mail addresses, class period, and personal information. Use the cards to learn about your students, track student contacts/notes, or as a cold-calling tool in the classroom.
Note: The thumbnail shows wonky lines, but the file should be formatted correctly. I'll upload a better preview as soon as possible!
To use: the cards are already formatted to print on index cards, but you will need to make sure your printer is set up appropriately. With the file open, go to your Page Setup option and choose the paper setup option available for your printer. Choose the 3x5 index card option, and load your index cards into your printer (my printer has a special slot for smaller papers). I highly urge you to print a single card first to make sure you have the index cards loaded so that the printing will be on the blank side. Then, just type in the number of copies you want and print as many as you need!
