This product offers teachers a Shared/Interactive Writing Experience while interviewing individual students. The finished product will be a poster of the interview surrounded by messages written on stars to the Interviewee. This product differs from the Grade 1 & 2 packet as language used in topic sentences, concluding sentences, and questions are written at a higher level, appropriate for grades 3 & 4. Additionally, there are three more interview topics as well as a blank interview sheet for when students are capable of writing their own questions.

Your students' writing knowledge and skills will improve drastically! They will acquire understanding of how to write a multiple paragraph essay including topic sentences, supporting detail sentences, closing sentences. Additionally, with your guidance, students will better understand how to revise and edit their writing based on Six Traits of Writing language.
