This is a rubric that is designed as a student performance evaluation that is modeled off of what local employers use to rate their employees. The purpose of this is for the teacher to rate, and the student to self rate their performance. The teacher then will make a recommendation based on that performance to: terminate, give raise, or give a promotion. The focus is on real world job skills that would be evaluated by a superior in a work place. This is provided as a word document and with a link to the Google Doc.
