This document guides students to consider strengths, weakness, and goals in each academic area, as well as, behavior. It includes a place to note teacher observation and goals as well. I have used it for four years with great reception from students and parents, and a strong source to reference moving forward. The students should prepare an example of each from their work products, and plan to present at the conference. The oral presentation can be rehearsed or conducted raw.
