Help your student bring the correct books to each class using this locker materials checklist!

Option 1: By morning/afternoon and class period

Option 2: By morning and afternoon only

Option 3: By class period

The three different locker checklist options are available in this fully editable Word Document. Choose the appropriate version and update it with the class periods and materials for your student. Print out a copy, and post in the student's locker.

This is a great starting point for a student who is disorganized or forgetting to bring the correct supplies to each class period. Help your student develop independence and responsibility.
