"LOVE, LOVE, Love that this is all editable. I know it will be a great piece to use to talk to parents."
Let’s face it, no matter how long we’ve been teaching, Parent-Teacher Conferences are nerve-wracking! Several years ago, I developed this form to help me organize the information that I wanted (and needed) to present to parents during conferences. It created a one-page “snapshot” with all of the important information in one place.
In this freebie, I have included a sample Student Snapshot so that you can see how I have personally used this form. The underlined sections are the only parts that I needed to personalize for each student after I typed all of my template language. This provides an impressive guide for your conferences and really does not take much time to do.
I have included an editable version for you to use in Power Point as I know each grade's/district's benchmarks will be different. Just type all of the common language into Slide 8, then duplicate that slide for the number of students in your class, and personalize! Choose your favorite fonts to add a personal touch!
I hope you enjoy this FREEBIE from Project Hallway!
Happy Parent-Teacher Conferences!
