If behavior persists after warnings, students will fill out the reflection sheet stating the rule or rules they are not following, the effects of their behavior, and what they need to do differently in the future. This will get the student to think about the effects of their actions on themselves and on others. The reflection sheet will go home with the student to be signed by the parent/guardian, returned back to school, and placed in the student's file. For younger grades, teachers can transcribe what the student says and record it on their reflection sheet. Print double-sided.
