As I prepare for Parent Teacher Conferences this year, I thought it be fun to adapt some of my student evaluation sheets. Whenever I prepare for conferences, and think about my students' strengths and weaknesses, I like to stop and have the students express where they feel their strengths and weaknesses are. It is always very interesting, and helps give me insight into how my students think, and how I can best encourage the children in my class! Students will need a red, yellow and green crayon. For example, on the Reading shape, if a child feels they are strong in Reading, they color the shape green. If they feel "ok", they color the shape yellow. If they feel Reading is hard, they color the shape red.
Reading, Math, Spelling, Science, Listening, and Making Friends
This freebie includes six different templates that ask the same questions. I like to allow the students to choose which picture they like the best! Enjoy! :)
