Product Description
This product contains a wide variety of self-evaluations for your students. This is a perfect way to involve each of your students in their respective IEP or 504 meetings. By helping your student reflect on her strengths and needs before the meeting, she will be much more prepared (and less intimidated) to speak up during the actual meeting. Before long, your students will be well on their way to strong self-advocacy!
This product contains a total of 58 self-evaluations. The assessments are divided into two parts.

Part 1 evaluations are for students who are able to write a response to a given prompt. Prompts are minimalistic and require no color ink – just print and go!

Part 2 evaluations are for students who will be better able to express a response by drawing responses. Again, no color ink required – just decide which evaluations are right for your student, print, and go!

Included are reflections and evaluations for the following areas:
• Learning style and preferences
• Extracurricular activities and interests
• Future job ideas
• Math
• Reading
• Language Arts
• Science
• Social Studies
• Writing
• Organization
• Social Skills
• Communication
• Personal Grooming/ Hygiene
• Money Skills
• Customizable page in each part for student-specific domains
