This Progress Monitoring Tool is designed to help your students understand their own individual speech goals, their progress in attaining this goals, where the goals carry over and how these goals affect their every day school functioning. I have organized this tool using number of opportunities. As we know, many sessions do not lend themselves to have the same number of opportunities to accomplish each task. You can create a bar graph of student responses versus number of opportunities presented or a line graph. For the line graph I might make the number of opportunities a solid line and the students responses, a dashed line. I hope your students enjoy taking control of their own speech goals as much as mine have!
