Student, Student What Do You See? is a clever 8 page emergent reader. Your students will enjoy the repetitive "I see a..." refrain and the fun of coloring the pictures.
This booklet reviews the sight words "a, I, see," as well as the color words blue, yellow, red, green, pink, purple, and brown. The sight word "a" and all the color words are written in dotted line form for your students to trace. This interactive book also reviews school tools vocabulary such as back pack, pencil, eraser, desk, book, and scissors.
We often read these books as part of our reading groups, then place the books in the students' individual book box the following week. Our students enjoy the success of reading, sharing, and coloring their books as part of the library workshop (center).
The book is designed to be printed one sided to two sided. Our kindergarten and first grade students love this book and enjoy the accomplishment of reading it successfully!
