Student Survey: EDITABLE for Secondary ELA (with Google Version)

Need a quick but effective student survey?

Let this one tell you who students are, how they learn best, where they want to sit (if you make seating charts), and what their strengths and weaknesses are in English. (If desired, you CAN edit this for a class other than English though!)

This survey is easy to complete (mostly checkboxes, with room for optional comments), easy to copy, and easy for the teacher to read.
