This form is for a student teacher to use when observing a classroom.
This is designed to enable the student teacher to gather information focused in areas of importance and store it for later use. There are questions about the layout of the room, the materials on the walls, the seating chart and the lesson itself. At the end, there is a place where the student teacher can make notes or put down questions to ask later.
This is for either the student teacher entering their student teaching experience or even for the many observations that a student must do in their pre-teaching experiences. It can also be used by the co-operating teacher.
