Replace names scrawled on slips of paper or ice cream sticks. Instead, use the magic of Microsoft Excel to randomly generate a student volunteer.
Simple to use:
1. Open the downloaded file. (HINT: If you have multiple classes, use “Save As” to create a copy of the file for each class.)
2. Click the “Class List” tab and type your students’ names. (Easy to edit and easy to update.)
3. Click the “Volunteer” tab.
4. Press the appropriate key(s) to ‘select’ a victim, uh, volunteer (F9 for PC; Command + Equal for Macs).
Selection is completely random. Repeating a volunteer is always a possibility, so NOBODY is ever SAFE.
