Description
It's the start of a new year or a new semester and you want to know as much as possible about the new students in your classroom.
Use the FREE Student and Parent/Guardian Information Sheets for a quick and easy way to learn some important things about your students, from themselves and from their parents.
Students will fill out information, check their preferences and answer a few questions. Parents will provide you with contact information and have space to write about their child.
This Microsoft Word File is completely editable! I've bolded the areas you should definitely make specific for your classroom, but you can use this as a template to save you time while getting ready for your classes!
