My school currently has a school wide behavior system in place. Before we had one in place I created my own. That is what I am sharing. You can modify anything to fit your classroom needs.
Page 1 - 4 - a class clip chart. I printed this out and laminated to hang in my room. Sometimes I glued the printed chart on construction paper then laminated it.
Page 5 - class list for student names. You can keep track of student behavior on this chart.
Page 6- How was your day Large card. I would use this a s a form of communication to students and parents. I recommend making enough copies for each student with their name on it. Then make several copies with each students name on them. At the end of the day you can just circle their face according to their color.
Page 7 is the same thing as page 6 but there are lines for a student reflection and a teacher note.
Page 9 is a smaller version of the card to save paper.
Page 10- graph for student to graph and track their behavior
Page 11- class rules that go with the system.
All of this can be modified to fit your classroom needs.
This was a great way for me to communicate with families on a daily basis.
