I developed this graph so students could track their weekly reading tests using Pearson Reading Street.
How I use it - after adding dates, student name, and their baseline score, I three-hole punch the top and include in their data binders. From this point on, each student colors in their graph on Monday's when they get their test scores back.
What you receive -
A graph that allows students/teacher to track progress for all weekly tests in Units 1-3.
Graph features spaces for #of questions (15), date test taken, name of test, percentage aligned to #of questions correct, student name, teacher name, school year and grade.
Each unit is easily seen and divided into the 6 weeks per unit, plus a section at the beginning for the baseline/placement score.
I developed a second graph for Units 4-6 that is also available on TPT.
This is a great addition to the student data binder or as a talking point for parents/administrators during conferences.
This graph also includes space to add student baseline/placement test scores.
I have left a date at the bottom of the first weekly test so you can see the format - however this is a completely editable document so you can add dates, baseline scores, and names before giving to students.
