Product Description
This is a great tool for students who have trouble getting and staying organized. As students transition from elementary to middle school, it is vital for them to stay organized and keep track of their materials as they move from one class to another. This is a checklist (given in two different formats) that may benefit your student during such transitions. One format contains pictures and the other contains words. This can be laminated and taped onto their weekly agenda, or even inside their locker to remind them what they need. This particular chart was created for two of my fifth-grade students who experienced our first year departmentalizing at the elementary school. They had reading and writing in the morning and then switched classes for math in the afternoon. They used this checklist and were always prepared! Eventually, they weaned themselves off of it! *This product comes with student-friendly directions on how to create the table and insert clip art. Students can follow these instructions and create their own chart to reflect their daily schedules*
