This is a literature study guide for the book titled The Two Towers, by J.R.R. Tolkien. Each section contains vocabulary exercises, questions for discussion, literature analysis, and life application/Bible connections. Extension activities and Tolkien Trivia are included. An Answer Key is provided.
This is an interactive guide that enables parents/teachers to facilitate an oral discussion of the book, but it only provides space for one student to complete the fill-in-the-blank activities. If you are interested in using the guide with more than one student, check out the options:
1. Reproducibles -- they contain all of the fill-in-the-blank activities:
a. When you purchase one set of reproducibles, you have permission to make a copy for each of your students.
b. An Answer Key is not provided for the reproducibles; the answers for the activities on the sheets are found at the end of the study guide.
2. The guide in workbook format -- there is room in this format for students to write answers to the questions and to complete the activities:
a. You don't need the reproducibles if you purchase the guide in workbook format.
b. The content of the guide in interactive format and in workbook format is the same; the only difference is the spacing.
Guides are also available for The Hobbit and for other books in the Lord of the Rings series:
