This is a study guide for the first book in the Time Card Series. It contains vocabulary words, comprehension and discussion questions, and a few writing prompts or activity.
The comprehension and discussion questions are meant to guide students in the reading and get them talking about what they have read. Consider having students keep a reading journal as they read in order to work through some of the issues they encounter in the books like bullies, problems with parents, moral decisions that the kids have to make, etc.
You can include grammar and reading lessons by having students look up figurative language (metaphor, simile, slang, inference, etc.) as they read.
This is a Microsoft Word doc, so that you can add to or change as you wish. If you have problems with download or need it in pdf, please feel free to contact me.
