It would be very easy to simply print off this file, hand it to students and ask them to complete it. And they probably would, very quickly even. But this would not be very beneficial to the majority of students.
This file is most effective when students are guided through it by the teacher.
While I developed the course for the needs of 6th graders, this is an ideal course for students who are about to enter middle school, or have just arrived in middle school. Studies have shown that developing strong study habits at this age is ideal for strong study habits in the future.
You can use these lessons with your homeroom, advisory class, or study hall students.
Use as a mini lesson.
Use to support your students with the skills they need to find success.
