I designed this tool specifically for a college school student with a traumatic brain injury. However, I feel it would be useful for middle, high school, and college age students. Before each exam I had the student identify the study strategies he would use. After the exam, he identified what he liked/disliked about each strategy. This allows students to self-monitor and change their study methods to suit their needs. The item includes heading information for the student's name, course, exam, grade, etc., a list of 16 study strategies, and a column for notes about each strategy.
