Are you running out of time in your World History class before the end of the year? Or are you hoping to give students a broad overview of the end of World War II, the Cold War and the formation of new nations? This works great if you are in a pinch and are feeling sick. The reading is four pages long and there is also a two column note taking sheet. It's so easy for a sub day. Don't worry. Go to the doctor if you are feeling ill and rest easy. Your students will be doing meaningful work while you are away.
Have students read and annotate the passages and then finish the two column notes.
