Get Organized for the entire and never worry about spending hours on sub plans again! This system will make it super easy for you to have plans for your substitute at any time throughout the entire year!
How the Sub Tub Organizer can be used and what it includes:
Binder Cover and Label; There are two types of Binder Covers and one spine that will fit a 3” binder spine.
Monthly tabs: There are tabs for all months from August through June. Print out the tabs, laminate, cut and stick them to a regular page divider. I used these tabs because I found that it was hard to find the tabs I wanted that would stick out past the page protectors.
Master Copy Label: Print, laminate, and cut the Master Copy label to the pocket in the binder.
Letter to the Sub: Print and laminate or stick in a page protector. This should be the first page of your binder.
Lesson Plan Template: The Lesson Plan template is intended to give directions and very generic plans for the sub. For example: give instructions about what the students should do during the arrival or dismissal time. For instructional time, you may want to explain a certain routine and then “use the Math Master Copies for the corresponding month as their classwork.” The substitute can choose which master copy he/she will use.
Attendance Sheets: Fill out the student names and make multiple copies of the attendance sheet. Place the attendance sheets in a page protector.
Worksheets (not included in this pack): You may want to use no-prep worksheets that will suit your students’ level for each month. Place the worksheets in page protectors and divide them according to each month of the school year.
