Product Description
Visual representations of numbers are powerful ways to help students’ recognize the quantity of small groups of objects without counting them (subitize). Subitizing is an important foundational skill that prepares children for success in all future mathematics learning!

The “Dice Flash!” packet includes 8½” X 11” single dice pattern cards (2 sets from which to choose: black/white and teal), as well as strategies for implementation and sample questions to use with the students to develop a solid base for learning number and determining level of understanding. This game is meant to be fast paced and quick so have the cards ready to use whenever you have a little empty time slot (like lining up and waiting!). Students enjoy sharing their thinking about what they see and how they figured it out!
